Letzone have managed a property on our behalf for the last 5 years. They have found great tenants for us and kept everything in very good order. As a 'remote' landlord, the key thing is communication. Letzone have been absolutely great. They've been pro-active, on the ball throughout and incredibly easy to work with. We are currently in the process of selling the property with Letzone. All of the above can be applied. There have been many questions on our part and they are always there to answer them and ease, what an be a complicated and for some, an intimidating process. I can't recommend Letzone more highly.

My comment is based on an ongoing relationship with Letzone. I have accepted their Full Management offer but have a way to go to be able to fully assess the quality of their services. So far, I have been impressed with their communication and willingness to offer advice and I hope it continues during the tenant search and the selection process. I’m very hopeful, I have to say.
